2026–2027 School Year Message from the Principal

Dear Haddon STEAM Academy & Magnet Families and Community,

It is with great pride, gratitude, and excitement that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year at Haddon STEAM Academy & Magnet.  My name is Miko Dixon, and I am truly honored to serve as your principal.

As we begin this new chapter together, I want to start with a simple but powerful belief:  Our students come first—always.  Every decision we make, every program we build, and every opportunity we provide is grounded in doing what is best for our students—academically, socially, and emotionally.

I also firmly believe that “Together is Better.”
Our success as a school depends on the strength of our partnerships—with students, families, staff, and the broader community. When we work together, listen to one another, and support each other, there is no limit to what our students can achieve.

I recognize that Haddon has already been on a journey of growth, and I am excited to build on that momentum.  My commitment is to foster a school environment where:

As your principal, I am dedicated to leading with kindness, integrity, and collaboration. My door will always be open, and I look forward to getting to know each of you. Together, we will create a positive, inclusive school culture where everyone belongs and every child can succeed.
